With this new information, traders will be able to know exactly how many shares are available to purchase and sell at any given price.

For a Better Understanding, here is an example of an actual Level 2 Bid

ETMM 1000K at .0001 Would Represent 1,000,000 Shares at .0001 = $100 Order at .0001

First you must understand what the Float is - The total number of shares publicly owned and available for trading. The float is calculated by subtracting restricted shares from outstanding shares.

A Low Floater would be a stock that has a Limited or Low Amount of Float Available

A Great Theory is find a Low Float play and Toss a couple hundred at a time from Profits of other Plays and Enjoy the Benefits when it does move. ALL of the Stocks make a Run at some Point!

With that being said, Obviously the Lower the Float the Greater Potential for Gains. Any Penny Stock with Less than 500 Million Outstanding Shares would be considered for a Low Floater Play.

A Low Float would be less than 100 Million Float! A penny stock with a Float that Low can make Incredible Gains very easily.
